In order for our international students who have registered and graduated from our University within the scope of the International Student Program to receive their diplomas, they must sign up to the Turkey Alumni website and submit the Alumni Information Form to the Alumni Relations and Internationalization Department by following the procedures specified below.

Join the Türkiye Alumni family:

1. Visit www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr
2. Subscribe by clicking the “Kayıt Ol/Giriş” button
3. Approve your email activation
4. Login to the website
5. Fill in your personal info (YU number etc.)
6. Fill in your education and other info
7. You can download Mezun Bilgi Formu and Resume (CV)!

CREATING AND DOWNLOADING THE ALUMNI INFORMATION FORM

1- If you are not registered in the system, you can register on the website https://www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr. Türkiye Scholarships Information System (TBBS) users can log in directly with their account information. (See: SS1)

2- After your activation is completed, click on the Education Information tab on your Profile page. https://www.turkiyemezunlari.gov.tr/graduate/education/list (See: SS2).

3- On the education information page, you can create your form by selecting the level you graduated from the CreateAlumni Information Form Menu (See: SS2-1), or you can download the information form for the education information you have previously created from the Form (See: SS2-2) field in the list.
