Dear Alumni Representative,

As Altınbaş University Alumni Relations Office, we are working to keep alumni engaged after graduation, and help them strengthen their bonds with current students and their alma mater.

WHO IS AN ALUMNI REPRESENTATIVE?

An alumni rep works to increase a sense of unity and bond of solidarity among Altınbaş University alumni while ensuring them to stay connected at all times and making efforts to help the Alumni Relations Office achieve a better and more effective performance.

WHAT DOES AN ALUMNI REPRESENTATIVE DO?

  • Ensures communication between Alumni and the University.
  • Contacts alumni via email or social media to promote university/alumni events and activities.
  • Collects alumni’s personal and contact details to help keep the alumni database up to date.
  • Encourage alumni to join Altınbaş Alumni Network to help grow the alumni network.

CITY BASED ALUMNI REPRESENTATIVE

S/he works to strengthen bonds among alumni in his/her home city, enters alumni details to alumni database and encourages fellow graduates to join Altınbaş Alumni Network. The rep also keeps his/her graduation class updated with events and projects organized by the Alumni Relations Office.

FACULTY BASED ALUMNI REPRESENTATIVE

S/he works to strengthen bonds among alumni in his/her faculty, enters alumni details to alumni database and encourages fellow graduates to join Altınbaş Alumni Network. The rep also keeps his/her graduation class updated with events and projects organized by the Alumni Relations Office.
